We bought our Toyota here in 2009 and it was a super dooper experience but I am rating it now for the service dept as well. I did chuckle at Susan Z's review because the finance guy when we purchased our car TOTALLY looks like he is auditioning for Jersey Shore!I have taken my Corolla here for a recall, and recently, my cruise control died. You ... never know how bad that can be until you don't have it. It sucks!! I literally called from the highway where it died and told the service dept. that I HAD to come in ASAP since my job requires me driving a lot. I cannot multitask in my car without my cruise control, therefore, I can not work. Ok, a bit dramatic, but whatever...The service dept got me in the same day for a late afternoon appointment.  The best part of having my car worked on (actually there are not that many great things about having your car worked on) is the waiting area. I was actually looking forward to this waiting area because I knew I could get a lot of work done. There are workstations where I set up my laptop and can go into a quiet work area and was able to make my afternoon conference call. It is super clean, trendy, and they have a chic coffee/tea/water area to load up on some lattes while you wait, if that's your thang!The service staff are very nice, accomodating to your schedule, and seems to be afforable. I heard some people complaining about prices but in my opinion, the dealership is always more expensive than your local service station. For something like my cruise control, I thought it would be best to go to the experts. Afterall. there is precious carge behind the wheel of my car ;)
